SHIPPING
All shipping is done 3-5 working days after payment has been done. Orders that are placed before the close of business hours will be processed and shipped 3-5 working days via DHL. Shipping through DHL takes 4-7 business days.
Pre ordered items and custom orders takes two weeks before it can be shipped out.

In any situation where DHL is unable to deliver an item due to an incorrect address or phone number entered by the client or the refusal to pay for the duties, failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery or otherwise, February By Serwaa will not be held responsible for the payments of return costs that would incur. Same applies to the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer.

As we are not able to advise you on the exact cost for taxes and duties, we Kindly recommend you research on this from your local custom office before placing an order.
